• Similarly, Elite models have 10 years of compressor coverage but only five years for other components. Elite heat exchangers also have either 20 years or unlimited coverage, depending on the model.
• Products in the Merit series have five years of coverage on the compressor and other components and 20 years of coverage on the heat exchanger.
• Healthy Climate products can have two or five years of coverage.
• Comfort control units, thermostats, and zoning systems can have five or 10 years of coverage.
• Ductless mini-split units have five years of coverage.

Customers do not need to register their products with Lennox to receive the coverage described above. As long as there is proof of purchase, the company will cover the unit’s repair or replacement.

Some Signature, Merit, and Elite models are eligible for even more coverage at no additional cost. With the Lennox Warranty Your Way program, customers with select Merit and Elite models can opt for five additional years of parts coverage or two years of parts coverage and three years of labor coverage. Customers with Signature models can receive three more years of labor coverage and two more years of parts coverage. In most locations, Warranty Your Way coverage is available only when the customer registers the product with Lennox within 60 stays of the product’s installation or within 60 days of closing on a new home.

Lennox Extended Warranty Coverage Overview

Beyond the Warranty Your Way program, Lennox offers the Comfort Shield plan to extend coverage by three, five, seven, ten, or twelve more years.
