Very customer-centric, especially for a home warranty company. I had an issue with my oven's display and Robert spent 40 minutes with me on the phone helping me troubleshoot it.

As a vendor, this home warranty company was, by far, THE BEST to work with. Very fast approval and payment. My technician was in and out in 20 minutes. Other home warranty companies take forever to get an approval and having my technicians wait on site is not very efficient. Great experience!
As a Company, They have always paid very promptly for any claims we submit on behalf of customers. Their service department is very easy to work with compared to other companies.

People were responsive and there was no tap dancing around the issues. Great working with Paul, very professional and pleasant to talk to
My pool kept turning green. I couldn't figure it out. Thankfully I had a policy with Liberty Home Guard, and even though I didn't have the optional pool and spa add-on, Liberty still got a technician out to me and coordinated all the work done. I made sure to buy pool coverage afterward!
Liberty Home Guard actually seems to understand their customers. Their replacement upgrade program was too enticing to pass up and having used it twice, I am so pleased with it and Liberty Home Guard’s level of customer service.
I have had many home programs in the past and by far they are the best I had so far. Quick response to issues and the technicians they used were qualified and good at what they do!...
I had a very positive experience with Liberty Home Guard. I was concerned because it did not cover some of my large appliances and my account manager, Natalie A***** quickly resolved my concern within hours. I feel really good about choosing Liberty Home Guard for my multi-year warranty.
Liberty Home Guard is amazing! I called Up and their customer service team was super friendly and addressed my problem right away, they were able to get me a great deal and make it super convenient and quick! Highly recommend.
Sam, David, and the people at LHG made me feel like family straight away. Thanks, gents, for making the tedious process of getting a home warranty simple.

Many homeowners have experienced the annoyance of a faulty garage door opener. Though not as disruptive as a broken refrigerator or water heater, it’s a problem most homeowners would rather not deal with. And paying to fix garage door opener components can be more costly than most would thi
Food disposals and garbage disposals are handy machines because they usually reduce the likelihood that your kitchen sink will clog up from leftover food scraps. Every now and then, however, exasperated homeowners may discover a clog even in a sink fitted with a garbage disposal. This could be du
A home warranty is a service contract that covers the cost of repairs and replacements for your home’s systems and appliances when they break down over time from standard wear and tear.
When home systems and appliances break down, it can mean more than an out of use refrigerator. You can be saddled with unexpected expenses that add up fast.
Instead of paying the full retail cost of repair or replacement, a home warranty will help you manage the costs of unexpected breakdowns.
It’s simple, you can select the coverage plan of your choice that is the best fit for your home and budget.
When you request service for a covered item, you will be charged a pre-set fee in order to initiate the service request.
With an LHG Home Warranty, when a covered item needs repair, simply follow these steps:
A home warranty protects your budget by removing the risk of fluctuating expenses when big ticket items break down. If you have a Liberty Home Guard Home Warranty, then you’ll pay for your monthly plan, along with the set trade service call fee associated with any repairs, instead of the full retail cost of replacing or repairing any of your home items or systems.
No. Liberty Home Guard doesn’t require a home inspection or any maintenance records to purchase a home warranty plan. Also, we will not refuse coverage due to the age of your home’s systems and appliances.
A good way to think about the difference is: homeowner’s insurance usually protects you from things that might happen to your home, like fires or theft. A home warranty helps protect your budget by covering components of home systems and appliances that breakdown from normal wear and tear.
The main difference is that a manufacturer’s warranty generally covers the failed part of a single appliance, but usually doesn’t include the cost of labor or repair. With a home warranty, one plan covers a variety of systems and appliances, making it a more cost effective way to safeguard your home.
Under certain circumstances you can. Most of the time however, it will make the most sense and save you the most money by letting us find you an LHG Certified Professional. All of our contractors are licensed professionals, and their work comes with a 60-day workmanship guarantee.
Once you sign up for an LHG policy you will receive an email with instructions on how to register your account that will include your username and password.
If we determine your covered item is beyond repair, we’ll offer a replacement or find you another solution that works for your situation.
We work with qualified contractors in your area who have been regularly evaluated by customers to meet our high standards.
Of course. Simply re-request the service online or by phone. All work done with our service providers comes with a 60-day workmanship guarantee, so if the issue isn’t resolved, we’ll send a service provider back to you, at no charge.
Yes, there are some limitations to what a Home Warranty plan can cover. LHG always has its customers in mind. We meticulously study and evaluate which systems and appliance breakdowns are most likely to disrupt your home to ensure we cover you for what matters most. Home Warranties cover breakdowns that occur due to normal wear and tear. Take for example if a fan in your AC unit breaks due to natural use, that’s where LHG would step in to cover the replacement. However, if that AC was broken from human misuse or a natural event, it would not fall under our coverage. The good news is, in the event it occurred because of a natural event such as a hurricane, homeowner’s insurance may cover the damage.
No, it doesn’t. You can get a LHG warranty plan no matter the age of your appliances.
You can start requesting service after 30-60 days depending on the coverage you purchase. If you purchased your plan while buying your home, ask your agent about whether or not we start coverage on the day escrow closes.
If, for any reason, you need to change your plan, you can do so within the first 30 days of purchasing your coverage. To make a switch call 833-LHGUARD (544-8273)
