A home warranty is a service contract that covers repair and replacement costs when your home’s systems and appliances break down due to normal wear and tear. Liberty Home Guard oversees the process of repairing your home equipment from start to finish. Our network of state-licensed technicians ensures you have access to the highest quality workmanship and technical expertise.
A home warranty is an excellent complement to standard homeowner’s insurance. Insurance typically covers damages resulting from disaster, accident, or theft. It does not cover appliance breakdowns, home system repair, or home maintenance services—such coverage is the domain of home warranties. A homeowner with both a home warranty and home insurance policy enjoys more thorough and robust financial protection.
A home warranty is especially useful when a big-ticket item, such as a furnace or refrigerator, breaks down. Without financial protection, such major appliances can cost several hundreds or thousands of dollars to repair. A home warranty protects you from such exorbitant out-of-pocket expenses.
A Liberty Home Guard plan can be yours for as little as $1 per day. Our coverage does not require an inspection of your home’s systems and appliances, and we’ll cover virtually any working appliance, regardless of age.
Liberty Home Guard’s home warranty coverage provides protection for all major home systems and appliances, including kitchen and laundry appliances, electrical systems, plumbing, ductwork, and heating and cooling systems. We also provide home maintenance services, such as pest control, gutter cleaning, and rekeying.
We offer three major home warranty plans: Systems Guard, Appliance Guard, and Total Home Guard. Our Total Home Guard plan provides the most comprehensive coverage and is the most economical of the three. We understand that each home has unique needs, so we offer a suite of add-ons that our customers can use to customize their policies. Our customization options include everything from electronics protection to septic tank support, and we offer more add-ons than any other home warranty provider.
While a home warranty is not a prerequisite for homeownership, it relieves much of the stress that comes with owning a home. It spares you the hassle of scrambling for a reliable technician or repairperson, and it provides you with the reassurance that your critical appliances will be swiftly repaired when they unexpectedly fail. And a home warranty saves you money!
With the right plan, the amount you spend on a policy premium is less than what you would have spent on home repairs out of pocket.
So, do you need a home warranty? Only if you need convenience, peace of mind, and more money in your pocket—and who doesn’t?
You don't have to take our word for it. Homeowners across the country choose, trust, and
recommended Liberty Home Guard Home Warranty above all others.
" As a vendor, this home warranty company was, by far, THE BEST to work with. Very fast approval and payment. My technician was in and out in 20 minutes. Other home warranty companies take forever to get an approval and having my technicians wait on site is not very efficient. Great experience!"

" My pool kept turning green. I couldn't figure it out. Thankfully I had a policy with Liberty Home Guard, and even though I didn't have the optional pool and spa add-on, Liberty still got a technician out to me and coordinated all the work done. I made sure to buy pool coverage afterward! "

5 Ways to Keep Your Home Cool in Summer
Once those hot summer days arrive, it can be tempting to crank the air conditioning to feel some relief. It’s not wise to overdo it, though. Turning up the air conditioning doesn’t make your home cool down any faster, and overtaxing your system can make a breakdown much more likely—then you’ll really feel the heat.
Different Ways to Insulate Your Home Windows for the Summer
Now is a great time to assess the efficiency of your windows in maintaining a comfortable indoor temperature. Drafty windows, thin glass, and insufficient window treatments make it easier for the stifling summer heat to find its way into your home, making your AC work that much harder and increasing your energy bill.

However, if that AC was broken from human misuse or a natural event, it would not fall under our coverage.
