Monogram supports their products with limited warranty coverage that is standard for the industry. Most appliances—excepting some refrigerators, which we’ll return to in a moment—are backed by a two-year warranty. If any component of the appliance fails, Monogram will arrange for a certified technician to repair the item free of charge.
The two-year warranty also applies to Monogram’s integrated refrigerators and column refrigerators, but the company provides prolonged coverage for the sealed refrigeration system. If the compressor, condenser, evaporator, or connecting tubing fails within five years of purchasing the refrigerator, Monogram will cover the cost of parts and labor. If any part of the sealed refrigeration system fails when the appliance is between five and twelve years old, Monogram will replace the necessary parts for free, but the customer will need to pay for labor costs.
Monogram’s warranty policy does have a few caveats. The company will not cover an appliance that fails as a result of misuse or abuse, and it will not cover a product that is damaged in a fire, flood, or other disaster. Coverage applies to the appliance only, so don’t expect Monogram to pay for property damage caused by a failed appliance.
